Mixed Use Building Praska

The residential building is located on “Prashka” street bb, Municipality of Karposh Skopje. The area of the site (building plot) is 2492 m2, while the building area is 1046 m2.

The height of the building is P+8+Pk and a gallery in the attic, as well as underground floor where parking places are arranged. The entrances to the residential building are from the st. “Prashka”. On the ground floor commercial units are organized.

The entrances to the business premises are also from Praška street. On the floors from 1st to 8th, apartments with different typologies are designed, from: studios, two-room, three-room and four-room apartments. 8 duplex apartments are designed separately for entrance 1 and entrance 2 in the attic and attic gallery.
