The facility is located in an exclusive and quiet part of Chair municipality in Skopje. This modern facility functions successfully for business activities as well as for comfortable family living with a total area of 15,000m2. The facility was completed in 2009.

Building Makedonska Kuka (Reconstructed)

The object represents an old architecture of importance for the Republic and is a culturally historical object that dates back to the last century. It is located on Kale in Skopje. The object has been successfully renovated in all frameworks of historical and cultural values.

The Bagdatska complex is located in the heart of Skopje, in an attractive and quiet part of the Taftalidze neighborhood, known as the Mlecen Restaurant. The complex was completed in 2013.
